This scene from Star Wars: A New Hope was originally much longer, as we can see from this clip released by our favorite animators at Robot Chicken.
Han Solo, in this fictitious version, actually tried much harder to convince the Imperial Forces that all of the gunfire outside of the Princess’s prison cell was not a problem. As we can see from this clip, it wasn’t any more effective than the one that made it into the movie… but this one will make you chuckle a little more.
